How we apply our SRI Principles

The partners and employees of the SilverStreet Capital Group are committed to implementing and maintaining the highest ethical standards in the management of our business.

Our SRI philosophy is embedded in our business and is implemented by the companies and enterprises in which we invest.

We have sought to articulate the principles by which we will be guided and create a practical program for ensuring they are followed.

SilverStreet Capital has appointed a CSR Oversight Officer whose duties are:

• To develop a training programme on Corporate Social Responsibility for all SilverStreet Capital employees

• To undertake SRI Due Diligence on investment candidates and assist with implementation of plans to comply with the SRI Principles where necessary

• To undertake an annual on site review of all businesses in which SilverStreet is invested to ensure that they are Compliant.

• To agree remedial action plans with businesses if required.

SilverStreet will:

• Require entities in which it invests to commit to adhere to SilverStreet’s Socially Responsible Investment Principles.

• Complete an SRI annual review on all our investments.

• Include an SRI compliance report as a part of SilverStreet’s Annual Report.

We believe that following these Principles and Procedures will enable us to create a sustainable business that is a welcome partner in the communities where we operate.
