Silverlands Fund

Silverlands is a forthcoming private equity fund that will invest in agricultural businesses.

The investments will be made across the value chain around a core of farmland businesses in Southern and Central Africa.

It is intended that the Silverlands Fund will, subject to approval by the CSSF, be domiciled in Luxembourg and will have a private equity structure.

The fund is expected to have a life of 10 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
